Chapter President
� Created a formal plan of action that reorganized the structure of the chapter, and redirected focus toward scholarship, self- accountability, and leadership.
� Established an annual budget, and organized a plan to pay off a ten thousand dollar debt, which plagued the chapter in previous years, within a two year time period.
� Represented Epsilon Sigma, as a delegate, and saved the chapter from closure, due to financial hardships, with hard work and motivation.

� Established legal payment contracts, and was compelled to revoke brothers of there membership, due to outstanding back
dues.
